Methods of Payment:

We accept CASH, CHECKS, CERTIFIED CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS, as well as VISA and MASTERCARD. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping and Insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery are available upon request for an additional charge. Please call or email if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product.

Returns:

Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 405-799-2277 for more information. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply. No returns on Special Order, Electrical or used items. Shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Group Purchases:

Individuals involved in a group purchase with QCR~Performance Parts Outlet should be aware of the following. NOTE: All credit cards are processed a few days before the GP closes to insure everyone placing a GP order will go through without a problem and to lock in the orders. Orders canceled after your GP order has been processed will be subject to a 10% processing fee. GP Orders for products that are non stock items (not normally kept in stock) can not be canceled, so be sure that you would like to be part of the GP before you place your order.

GP's will be processed and shipped usually within 2days-2 weeks after the GP is complete depending on availability of parts and inventory status. Prices do not include shipping and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any misprints, typographical errors or any costs associated with the installation of any products. Some cancellations will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it is purchased. There are NO refunds on electrical, used or non stock items or special ordered products. Allow 10 days for personal checks to clear. Sorry, no CODs at this time.

Warranty of ANY products sold by QCR~Performance Parts Outlet refers to original manufacture warranty ONLY. No warranty is provided or implied by QCR~Performance Parts Outlet for any such use of products or damages caused by their use or abuse. QCR~Performance Parts Outlet cannot guarantee against the violation of any state emission or pollution laws using any of its products, nor does it imply any adherence to such test results or regulations. All products sold by Performance Parts Outlet are intended for off-road use ONLY. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless for any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to buyers installation or use of products or injury to any third parties purchased from QCR~Performance Parts Outlet. Dealers have been known to void factory warranties due to installation of performance/aftermarket products. QCR~Performance Parts Outlet assumes no responsibility, and therefore, all parts are to be installed at purchasers own risk.
