SLP Cold Air Induction Package

Camaro/Firebird SLP's under hood cold air induction systems for Camaros and Firebirds with V6 and V8 engines are designed to replace your factory air cleaner assembly. They pick up cool, dense, outside air and utilize directional vanes in the 1982-1992 air Ducts to achieve maximum air flow. These systems help free up to 20 extra horsepower depending upon application and include the thermo-plastic air box and ducting, instructions, air filter and all necessary hardware for bolt-on installation. The 1993-1997 cold air systems are made of 304 SS and feature dual 2.5" mandrel bent tubing. These pieces are black powder-coated and have a high gloss finish and come complete with all hardware, filter and our performance guarantee.

SLP Air Temperature Module

The engineers at SLP Performance Parts have just designed a plug-in module that attaches between the air temperature sensor and its harness. This little gem "advises" the PCM to provide maximum spark advance (1 to 2 degree increase) yet still retain proper knock sensor and engine function. A 5 to 7 horsepower increase is possible. Designed to fit most 1993-2001 GM cars and light trucks.

Ported MAF ends are one of the best bang for the buck mods available. These plastic MAF ends flow more air than the stock aluminum design and fool the computer into leaning out the air/fuel mixture and add timing which results in more HP for your vehicle. In addition, the composite plastic construction does not absorb heat like the factory aluminum ends which keeps the incoming mixture cool. Cool air also means more HP! Unlike other brands, these shells are formed in one piece molds which mean that the inside of the shells are smooth for the best airflow.
